Golden Key Group offers a unique approach to training – flexi-courses that are available in different lengths that can be adjusted according to your needs. This approach reduces the time and costs, while addressing your specific needs. There are several variations:

  • Variable Objectives – We can work with you to develop a class of a specific duration addressing your critical objectives.
  • Specific Length Objectives – We offer courses that have additional objectives, the more other objectives, the longer the course is.
  • Separate Modules – We offer various courses that can be delivered as independent modules. This option might be used in a course where we offer a module a week until completed.
  • Different Types of Sub-Courses – We offer courses that can be a “Pick list” of content in which you choose the best components for your need
  • Different Objectives for Different Levels – We provide courses for different levels of employees with slightly different objectives and slants depending on the audience.
  • Reinforcement Approach – We offer some classes that have the same objectives, but involve more learning activities to practice and reinforce the learning.
