TriCare Management Activity needed to improve executive, senior, and staff level performances. At issue was the evolution of HR policies and procedures within TMA – which had not been consistently passed along to current employees. Golden Key Group was contracted to develop and deliver the appropriate classes to provide the education and training needed for all parties to understand the impact of these issues on their current work flow and productivity.
Golden Key Group worked with TMA / JACER to perform a needs analysis to identify specific areas where additional training was needed. Then, working with TMA / JACER stakeholders, the Golden Key Group Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) developed classroom training that was designed to fill in the knowledge gaps for their personnel. Then Golden Key Group expert facilitators conducted the course, customizing the delivery to the specific audience as appropriate.
Golden Key Group’s seasoned professionals quickly created a collaborative working environment and overcame potential communication barriers. By conducting a successful needs evaluation and analysis, the Golden Key Group was able to develop and deliver the optimum set of educational courses to create a much more effective and efficient HR community within TMA. Leveraging our vast network of former government employees and top industry training professionals, the Golden Key Group has successfully produced and delivered high quality courses.
Since their inception, the courses have been taught repeatedly, each time getting consistently positive results from participants and management alike, with the number of requests for courses increasing yearly. The Golden Key Group has been requested to research, develop, and deliver additional courses to continue to build on the foundation of success that has been established in the TMA HR community.
