Project Manager, Human Resources
The Golden Key Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead a Human Resources support contract, supporting a large Federal agency whose workforce is geographically dispersed throughout the United States. The Project Manager must have at least ten years of Federal Human Resources experience in at least two functional areas, preferably Recruitment and Staffing along with Position Management and Classification. Other experience required is Project Management and experience in supervising and leading Human Resources functions. The type of functions the selectee may be responsible for leading include: policy development, position management and classification, recruitment and staffing, benefits and retirement counseling, personnel action processing, worker’s compensation, employee development and training, and employee relations to include the full scope of performance management, incentive awards, disciplinary and adverse actions. Some travel is required.
