Training Solutions

Golden Key Group’s training professionals provide interactive and relevant learning sessions in environments that are conducive to learning. Collectively we have over 200 years of curriculum development and platform/classroom instruction expertise. We are adept at engaging a diverse audience and imparting knowledge that is meaningful and relevant, while still making it fun, and are passionate about teaching and learning. We share our personal experiences and encourage active participation, so others can learn from the experiences.

Golden Key Group does not offer typical “off-the-shelf” courses. At a minimum, we customize our standard courses with your agency’s logo and colors. Because adult learners learn best when they understand how the training helps them in their environments, Golden Key Group also offers additional tailoring or customization to create courses that resonate with the participants such as agency-specific case studies, role plays, terminology, and processes. Golden Key Group Instructional Designers can develop custom courses for you. We also have a full range of training services.

In addition to our standard courses, Golden Key Group offers Flexi-courses that are designed to be easily tailored to your specific needs. These “building blocks” allow various choices in time frames, objectives, etc.
